Your Feedback

Thank you for the feedback on last week's Site Update! Here's some of the feedback you left for us:
  • In response to the Discuss topic, generally deviants said they don't use social login options when the option is available, though some deviants said that they find it convenient depending on the website.
  • Some deviants mentioned that they might use social login options on deviantART provided they could continue to log in with username and password, while other deviants said they would choose not to use them.
  • Some commenters noted that they would like to use deviantART to log in to other apps, similar to how one can access SketchBook Pro or the Madefire Motion Book Tool with a deviantART account.
  • InsomniaDoodles suggested that some deviants would like to be able to easily share their artwork to their other social pages from the Submit page as they submit it to deviantART.

Creating in New Media

How do you typically find out about or try out new tools or items to create with? Do you hear about them through friends, artists you aspire to, blogs, review sites, etc.? Are there certain things you look for before trying a new tool out?

Why can't we copy and paste into the tag line now? The fact that I no longer can, greatly reduces what I can post. I post material every day and try and do all of my scheduling once a month. My choices now are to either type everything manually, which takes a great deal more time, or leave out the tags which, I noticed, impacts my numbers negatively. If the aim here was to get more people to see your posts, it's having the opposite effect.
