Basically, Shippo was really embarrassed after what Rascal did and was fretting over it. Quetz heard him and started to lightly tease him about liking her granddaughter, leading to her to explain how she was related with her daughter Hishi being their mother. Rascal then happened by and went to really teasing Shippo saying like 'why would sis really like a pipsqueak like you, Quetz getting mad at him cause she already had lectured him before. Though Shippo had enough and started to use Ice Fang but has he did his body grew larger and he became a Feraligatr as he bit down on Rascal, hitting for x4 effectiveness and freezing the t rex. In the end Quetz is just 'this was your own fault' and Shippo feels bad but doesn't want to apologize... 

I wanted to get his evo pic up before Shippo and Kiss bred. I do have a part two but I have something else I really need to get done. So I'll update Shippo's ref soon qwq 

Maybe he and Rascal will be friends... but for now... Shippo doesn't really like him all that much.
