Hi guys, sorry for not updating anything for a while. I've finally done all of the preparation for my graduation exhibition and I'm free as a bird, for now. Enough of me, I'll explain a little about this work.
When I read Miya & Seine stories and how they met, I wanted to portray their first meeting with a (kind of) Gothic concept. Seine, who has her heart caged, doesn't like the idea of being touched and always keep herself not to show much emotion. However, the playful Miya comes uninvited into her space and slowly breaks the wall between them. For Miya to be able to touch Seine's hair is like a stepping stone to her caged heart.
I have lost count how many hours I spent for this work, but I'm guessing it's probably a week or so (since I couldn't work on it 24/7. I'm such a slow artist OTL). Actually, I'm not really satisfied with the final outcome of this piece since it didn't go the way I want to. I will improve myself more and do better for my upcoming artworks!
