Get to know: Moi-Keiniku-Sang

And today we feature:

1. Tell us a little bit about yourself and your artist life! When did you start drawing and what is your preferred drawing style?
I’m almost twenty years old Czech girl, I’m starting my university studies on Monday and art is my hobby . I was always into it, but since I found DA, I am extra into it, haha . I would love to learn some new techniques and methods, but my favourite is aquarelle (specifically aquarelle crayons, because it´s way more comfortable for me than usual watercolors). I finally found my style - just putting stars on everything, reduced shading, rainbow colors, and I loooove it .

2. What do you enjoy drawing the most?
Generally people, because landscapes and still life are boring for me and I am terrible at drawing animals, I always have to use some reference and still it´s not sure how the result will look like. And my favourite topics are Tolkien and northern mythology (I haven´t done anything in that area for a very long time tho...).

3. What do you like most about Thranduil?
His age, actually. I am absolutely fascinated by how old he is. Especially when it comes to movies, because Lee Pace is just gorgeous and adorable in person and then he turns into Thranduil and you can just see that power and knowledge of years and years and years... *deep breath*

4. How did you become a Thranduil fan? Did you see the movie and did you also read Tolkien’s books?
I did both. I have to say that my imagination of book Thranduil is really different than the movie interpretation, but I love them both equally. I actually started drawing him before I became a fan, because Lee Pace is totally priceless as drawing material. Then I added little Legolas and that was it, I was officially a fan.

5. What are your favourite characters from Tolkien’s universe besides Thranduil?
I love the Doriath family. I am literally addicted to them, I never get tired of their family issues and dysfunctions
