MUSIC TAG TIME! Thanks to ReelLifeJaneway2
You can tell a lot about someone by the music they listen to.
Hit shuffle on your iPod/Phone/iTunes/media player and write down the first 10 songs. Then pass this onto 10 people.
Full disclosure, I cheated a little bit. My iPod (64GB iPod Touch) has A LOT of music on it, A LOT of which hasn’t been listened to in quite some time. So I shuffled my “4 Star” Playlist, which still has over 1,500 songs in it (and includes the “5 stars” as well, of course).
Links are to YouTube:
Let My Love Open the Door – Pete Townsend (Grosse Pointe Blank Soundtrack). Great movie, if one enjoys dark, occasionally macabre humor. Minnie Driver is fantastic.
Castle of Glass – Linkin Park (Living Things). Ahh, Linkin Park, the ultimate purveyor of love it/hate it music.
Place To Hide – O.A.R. (The Rockville LP). I am sooo glad this one came up. For fans of Starshine, this is absolutely, indisputably Alex & Caleb’s theme song for Vertigo, so feel free to keep that in mind as you read. PERFECTION.
Set the Fire to the Third Bar – Snow Patrol (Eyes Open). I found Snow Patrol late, but I have more than made up for the lost years in number of plays of pretty much all their songs.
Champagne Supernova – Oasis (What’s the Story, Morning Glory?). Ahh, Oasis, the ultimate one-album-wonder flameout. But this is an amazing song.
Times Like These (Live) – Foo Fighters (Skin and Bones). Foo Fighters, oh how I adore thee. While I would never admit (publicly) to being glad Nirvana broke up, I am most thankful we got Dave Grohl as a result. Silver lining and all.
Good Friend and a Glass of Wine (Live) – LeAnn Rimes & Joss Stone (CMT Crossroads). Check out the video, this is a great performance. LeAnn is masterfully trained, but Joss Stone can just sing. As an aside, I will also note that hearing this song inevitably leads straight to that glass of wine.
Goodbye Stranger – Supertramp (The Very Best of Supertramp). Don’t judge me.
M4 Part II – Faunts (Mass Effect 1 Soundtrack). I swear it randomly came up….

Now I'm supposed to tag TEN people...okay, here goes: JulesHawke, Fischmeister4 (tagged her last time, don't care ), EveFarrel, LadyIlona1984, RobbieLocksley, JaneXalenko, elvenmageus, SpartanSheba, Merwild ...and I would tag RiHouston, but she already did the music tag...so I won't .
So you guys would probably like to see some game art or spacescapes from me sometime this year, right? I'll see what I can do. I'm trying to get through a completionist DAO/DA2 run before DAI comes out, so I do have the screenshots!
