If you buy an adoptable from me:

  • You are allowed to resell your adopts for the price you paid or less.
  • You are allowed to gift and trade the adopt once you bought it.
  • You are allowed to make minor edits. 
  • You are allowed and encouraged to create a story for your new character
  • You are allowed to repost the art and design anywhere on the internet once you buy it.

  • You are not allowed to claim the art as yours.
  • You are not allowed to claim the design as your creation.
  • If you want to make a major edit, just run it by me and I'll tell you what I think, as long as you still credit me for the base concept it should be fine.

  • If you get a FREE design from me, you are NOT allowed to sell it, only trade or gift it.
  • You are to notify me before proceeding to any transfers
  • I do not provide refunds after the design is sold and paid for. I will help promote your sale if you want to resell it but that's it.

If you buy a custom from me:

  • All of the rules above apply
  • I'll give the design 3 tries maximum, these would be colored sketches
  • You don't have to pay until you like the colored sketch
  • If you like it, once you pay the promised amount, I will finish it.

  • If you don't like it and the maximum tries are up, I'm sorry but you'll have to find a different designer...
  • If you don't like it and the maximum tries are up, I have full permission to sell/auction the design off to someone else.
  • If you don't like it and you don't want me to sell/auction the design because the description you gave me was special in a way, I'll gladly scramble the design up to something far from that description.

If you break any of the rules above:

  • You will receive a warning note with a time limit to correct your mistake.
  • If you have not corrected your mistake by the end of this time limit with a liable excuse, I will reclaim the adopt you bought, no refunds included.
  • If you make profit out of a free design (not tokotas) and you have not corrected your mistake by the end of this time limit with a liable excuse, all the profit will be re-directed to me.
  • You will be blacklisted and forbidden to buy my adopts and receive benefits like free adopts and art from me.

If you file a Chargeback on me after buying and receiving an adopt, you are aware of the following:

  • You immediately lose possession of the adopt and I have all rights to resell it.
  • You will be blacklisted and blocked.

BLACKLIST:

  • No one yet, you all are good boys and girls ^^
Long story short, don't be a douche >3>
I'm usually a very flexible and understanding person but don't take advantage of that.

O.o What if someone bought a creature adopt, made a species, sold some adopts, and then you posted these rules after all that happened? XD Just curious since you said these rules also apply to previous adopts XD
