• You must be an active watcher in order to participate. _{(I don't like giving out free art to people who only watch me to see when I'll give out something for free.. That's just using people)}
• You must comment on the POLL not the JOURNAL!!!
• If you are a winner, you MUST be patient when receiving your prize(s). I can only go so fast.
• All prizes are for personal use only. Not commercial use. 
• All prizes are also only use for DA unless you get my permission otherwise.
• Winners will be chosen with a randomizer!! I do not chose them; computer does.
• If you do not reply to me within a week after announced as a winner, you will not receive a prize and the prize will go up for a redraw.
• Prizes will be humanoid. You may ask questions for clarification.
  
• You may gift prizes to another person if you don't want it. Have them note me with references and let me know that you are giving them the prize as well. That way I know it's official.
• No "refunds" or exchanges if you don't like it.
• You can enter every poll and win more than one raffle. However you cannot win more than once in the same raffle.

Jackpot Rules

• Everyone is welcome but you must be an active watcher for at least one week to receive additional entries of your name. If you are not a watcher and you want to participate, you may but you will not receive extra entries if you do the following things below. (this is so that I don't have people just doing this just to get free art from me. I don't like moochers.)

• Comment on the poll to enter.

• For every time you donate 10 to my donation pool, you will get an additional entry of you name. (so basically if you comment, you automatically get one entry. If you donate 10   in additional to your comment, you get two entries. If you donate 20  in addition to your comment, you get three entries and so on)
• If you donate, comment on the poll saying how much you donated, that way I can  remember how many additional entries you get. This will count as your first comment too. So you don't need to comment twice.
  

• If you make a journal, poll, etc. you will receive an additional entry. However this will only count once for each Jackpot Raffle you do it for. Once you make a journal, poll, etc, comment on the poll with the links. This will count as your comment and the additional entry.
  

• Prizes will be a surprise; the more entries there are (of different people not just one person) the better the prizes. This may include but not limited to premium membership, points, free commissions in any style of your choosing but may be limited in view, pagedolls, pixel icons, large chibis, or anything else I can come up with
• The winner will be chosen randomly.
• If you do not reply to me within a week after announced as a winner, you will not receive a prize and the prize will go up for a redraw.

Redraws

• Winners of the raffle WILL NOT be entered in the raffle since it would be unfair for them to win twice in the same raffle when they already received a prize.
• If in case you are chosen for the redraw and you are currently participating in another month's raffle, you may still receive the prize for the redraw.

Art Trades

• I mainly reject an art trade if I don't think I would be getting the same quality of work that I would give you. I believe that people should have somewhat the same "quality". This is not limited to skills. I'm referring to the amount of time and effort you give.
  
• I also reject a trade is because I don't think my OCs will suit your art style, so please don't be upset by it! It's just a collision of interests.
• The other reason I reject a trade is because I'm too busy with other things.
• I don't usually like to limit my trades to friends only. Anyone can note me and request a slot. However I am more likely to accept a trade if you are a friend.
  
• I prefer to do humanoid drawings. However, if I don't particularly like the design I would have to draw, I will decline. This isn't something taken personally, it's just a matter of interests. This is mainly for your benefit. If I accept something I don't want to draw, I end up taking an extremely long time doing it. Sometimes I'll even forget, unfortunately.. :\
  

Collabs

• The main reason I reject a collab is because I don't think I can confidently work with your style.
• The other reason I reject a collab is because I'm too busy.
  
• Collabs can be memes!
• If we are doing an actual piece for a collab, I can do either line art or color. However, if I prefer your lineart and color, I don't mind shading. This just depends on what I think would fit best with your style.
  
• My collabs are limited to friends only. You'll need to be my actual friend, not someone who is just a watcher.
  
• Trades share the same slots as collabs.

Commissions

  ToS: By requesting my services, you are fully aware of and agree to the terms and conditions stated below and understand my circumstances and the consequences which follow if you break said rules below.

• I have the right to decline or cancel a commission. If I cancel the commission at any point after you paid, I WILL refund you. However, if YOU cancel the commission after you paid and I already started working on the drawing, I WILL NOT refund you. Pleas do not issue chargebacks, either!
  
• Be patient with me. I have a busy life too you know. I am a very kind person, but I will not accept people who rush me. Keeping you up-to-date with my work is the best I can do without lowering the quality.
• Commissioning is for personal use only.
• No major editing after you are satisfied with the sketch.
• You must pay full price before I upload. If you do not pay by the time I am finished and ready to upload, I will send you a warning and you have three-five days to respond before I ban you from commissioning me again. However, if you do pay even after I ban you, I will upload your picture and unban you. But please state your reason why you were unable to respond within the period of time. I can totally understand if you were in the hospital, vacation, etc. (I may delete this rule but whatever right now)
  
• If you are planning on going somewhere and you are unable to connect to the internet for a certain amount of time, please let me know how long you may be gone so that I know how long it may take to reach you. It will let me worry less
  
• Do not throw a fit if you don't like what you get. You commissioned me, it's your fault for spending the money. I try my hardest on EVERY piece. Do not issue chargebacks if you are unsatisfied.
  
• IMPORTANT: IF YOU USE PAYPAL YOU MUST PAY THE FEES!!! IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND, PLLLEEAASSSEEE READ THIS
• If you pay using points, you can pay with premium membership.

Your name and DA name : to credit your character when I post your commission on the internet.

Size : Optional (pixel and DPI) My default is around 2550px x 3300px 300dpi (8.5x11) or 4800px x 6000px 300dpi (16x20). It is required for pixelations however. I don't have a set size for pixelatoins so just mention small, medium or large.

Style: Required (anime, semi-realism, pixel, page doll, etc.)

View: optional (bust, waist, full body) This does not apply to page dolls

Character description and reference: Required  (Just a brief summary about your character. His/her personality will strongly effect to his/her pose and expression.)
Your Paypal account e-mail: Required if you choose to use PayPal
