Mistress Frankenstein

Sophia is the daughter of Victor Frankenstein, unknown to him a secret affair with a leading scientist's wife resulted in the birth of a daughter. His lover sends the girl off to be raised by a wealthy, childless family as their own child. Sophia grows up with a curious fascination with science and death, despite her adopted family's attempts to make her a proper noblewoman. When she turns eighteen, her real mother tells Sophia of her true identity. Sophia heads back to her father's castle and rebuilds his lab to renew his experiments, as an electrical storm approaches, she knows that now is the time to fulfill the legacy of Dr. Frankenstein.
