TOI Application: Ly'dyn Azac

Name: Ly'dyn Azac (he goes by Azac)
Age: Unknown
Race: Draygoon
Class: Mentalist
Weakness:Ultima Infirmitate, an unknown and thus far incurable illness (that I made up) that he's had since birth and has stayed with him even after moving to Asteros, despite his new immortality. The side-effects of this illness include muscle and bone weakness, blood tending to get places it shouldn't, stunted and useless wings from birth (removed by his request so as to improve his balance), partial blindness, loss of color in his scales and hair, and severe difficulty in breathing fire, as well as the occasional dangerous fit which can end in mild to serious memory loss, confusion and panic, or even violence.

Powers:
Cunning Swiftness. To make up for his lack of strength, Azac pushed his physical limits to hone his speed, and after great pain and effort reached a speed nearly unfollowable by the eye, making him a very difficult target to hit.
Mind Control. Despite previous bad experiences with Mentalist powers, Azac returned to training after a near-deadly encounter with a Draygoon pack was diverted with what little Mind Control he was capable of.
Psychic Rage. A new Mentalist ability, in which Azac can produce illusional pain in others and create hallucinations.
