The pegasus would be Broken Dawn, and the bicorn is known simply as Um. Um has been shown injecting herself with medication in the past, with the title implying that this would be something she needs to do on a regular basis. So here we simply have Broken Dawn bringing her a new supply of medication. Though I suspect she won't be taking her medication right away, despite not being shown in anthro form here, as I doubt that ponies would inject themselves in the middle of a park either.
