Tazo Hunting

Tazo was frolicking through the trees, his mane blowing in the wind, not concentrating on the task. Elise sighed “Come on, you look good, you do not have to stop and prance every five minutes.” Tazo cocked his head at her and his tongue lolled to the side.
“Okay yeah you are adorable” she said reaching up to scratch between his ears. “But we should really be hunting. Wouldn't it be nice to have some fur coats or blankets for winter hmm? I bet you would look good in bear.” Tazo seemed to consider that and then wandered off, Elise following, not too closely but was surprised when they found some bear tracks by a stream. “Good boy Tazo!” she praised. He wagged his tail proudly and lowered his nose to the ground sniffing then bound off in a dirrection. Hurriedly Elise followed the tokota, perhaps the bear was nearby and they could get home before supper! It was not long until Tazo had seemingly gotten distracted by a squirrel or some other such animal though and Elise ran her fingers through her short brown hair. Maybe hunting was not such a good idea after all. Just as she was about to call Tazo and give up for the day she heard a snort, turning she saw Tazo, a blur of white, chasing after a bear. Stunned she just stood like that for a moment before chasing after the tokota and bear.
