Description
Garnets come in many colors, and so does this species of drake, hence the name. Pyron, a male, looks rather proud of his flame as he tests his aim, blasting only the nearby rocks and cliffs. His species isn't particularly large or small, being about the size of a polar bear, plus a length of tail. He has a very cocky attitude about his flames, like "I'MA FIRIN MAH LAZOR!!"
I tried a few new things here, including a secondary color between the stomach and general skin color, a bit like some of my dinosaur pictures. I'm not sure if I will keep it. I also experimented with some light and shadow.

The way the shadow looks like makes me think the Drake is firing his lazor (
) to the front-left direction, with seems to be accurate with your pic. The way he has his eyes losed makes me think he is happily firing as you said he is proud of it.
