raikesa hayato, former lieutenant to aneko sakurai, current lieutenant to hyosuke.



As a young child Raikesa was born into an all male family, she was close with her father and brothers. She slowly turned into a tomboy and was always seen wrestling and playing in the dirt with the kids in the Seirteitei. She had soon grown to be quite the bully, quickly annoyed and with a bad temper. She was known to be angered easily and beat up anyone who got in her way or took the spot light from her.

Raikesa's parents became upset with their daughters outbursts of anger and unladylike behaviour. They had talked to and pleaded the Head Captain Kyofuhime to bring her into the academy to learn discipline and integrity. Raikesa was brought to The Academy and forced to stay and learn to be calm and be disciplined, whether she wanted to or not. 

During her time in The Academy Raikesa had grown through the ranks quickly with her cut throat attitude and willingness to grown stronger. She had trained hard, and worked hard to join the 13th squad. Kyofuhime saw the progress Raikesa was making with her abilities and had promoted her to the fourth seat on the 13th court guard squad. However, Raikesa's attitude and anger still needed to be adjusted. Kyofuhime saw the potential for Raikesa, so when Aneko was ready she had made Aneko Sakurai the head captain of Squad 13. Due to Aneko's mellow and laid back nature and her shared lightning like abilities with Raikesa, Kyofuhime saw a true potential between the two women.

Raikesa learned a lot about herself and about her Zonpakuto's skills from Aneko. It took a lot of time and patience and meditation but finally Aneko was able to calm down and control her anger within. Aneko had helped Raikesa become level headed in battle and in every day situations. Raikesa idolized Aneko and saw her as not only a mentor but also like a sister she had never had growing up. She had soon learned to control her anger, meditate everyday and be useful in team exercises and missions. She had finally reached a proper state of mind and a successful power level to become Aneko's Lieutenant. Raikesa served Aneko and was always by her side, not only as a lieutenant but as a comrade. 

When Aneko abandonned the Seireitei Raikesa was left without her friend, she felt betrayed and hurt. She had gained her anger back, and began to become reckless once more. Kyofuhime had threatened Raikesa with a demotion if she didn't grow up and fufill her duties as a lieutenant, without Aneko. Raikesa knew she had come so far, so agreed to calm down and straighten her attitude. Raikesa reverted into the type of women Aneko had helped her become and was soon acquainted with the brute and vulgar Hyosuke. The type of man that tested her wits and mind power every single day.
