"Hoist that log! You! Yeah you! Quit slackin' and get back to work!" The sound of a Gogoat's commanding voice cracked through the dungeon like a Vine Whip, quite the coincidence is that that he's literally Vine Whipping anyone that dares to slack off. Despite the protest of the other workers he's not actually hurting anyone, yet.

The whips didn't hit anyone, just curled in mid air and cracked next to the sleeping poke-workers' ears. The Rhyhorn and Yanma quickly got back to work, motivated through fear of being whipped and the Gogoat himself. The scene was being watched by a Weavile, who wore a white frilly apron and had an Espurr holding her hand standing beside her. The Espurr and Weavile were trying to bridge a gap that was separating one section of the dungeon to another, the original bridge had collapsed when a Zangoose and a Electrode rolled a rock over it as the were trying to get across, and the bridge collapsed as soon as the two got off, as one of its supports gave way. The current bridge was just a really long plank that did not look safe whatsoever as if one would stand too long in the middle the bridge would snap. The Weavile, Serane, sighed as she looked at the plank besides that it was hard doing her job as the Espurr couldn't offer much help at all, Unice stubbornly refused to take off her straw hat and thus she was wearing a miniature hard hat under that straw hat of hers, making the straw hat go askew on her head. Despite the Espurr's incredibly young age and tiny size she tagged along with Serane to the construction site, the risk of Unice being injured is very very high, in fact, a Rhyhorn almost stepped on her before they've even entered the dungeon, but she was safely pulled away by her babysitter, the Weavile.

Conveniently heading towards the two were the duo, also known as Team Jin-Gang, the Chimchar, Sun, chatting to her partner, a Forretress, Kui Jia as they approached the bridge builders. Serane could make out the sound of the Chimchar's voice over the din of the construction, but she wasn't paying much attention, as the Weavile was pushing out another wooden plank towards the gap, there would be a small gap between the two planks as smaller planks would be nailed horizontally onto the longer vertical planks, and to end that there would be two long rope handles on either side of the bridge, the project however, was easier said than done as it looked like it was just a one mon job at the moment.

"Kui, look! They're making a bridge, come on, lets go help them!" The Weavile turned over to the Chimchar and wiped the sawdust off her paws before approaching, "I'm glad you came when you did," Serane said with a happy look on her face, "I can hurry this up and get home! Alright if you want to help you'll need to be quick and have quick hands, think you can do that?"

The Chimchar quickly nodded her head and asked, "So, what do I do? Pull ropes? Cut wood?" Serane shook her head, "Not quite, the wood has already be cut, all you need to do now is help me nail them in. You can start by securing those to planks over there, everything you need is in the toolbox over there, and don't stay on those planks too long, they're not being held down by anything."

"Understood ma'am!" With that said Sun hurried off to the nearby toolbox and grabbed out a handful of nails and a hammer, she started to hammer the nails into the boards, making sure that the nails go all the way and into the ground, Sun hurried over the creaking plank and did the same on the other side before hurrying back started to place smaller planks horizontally long the bridge, making sure that there are no significant gaps between them. Serane looked down and saw the Forretress, she gave him a confused look and asked, "So, what can you do? You've got no hands so you can't do what your friend there is doing, and I don't think you can hold rope either, so how about you keep my friend's daughter company eh?" Serane pointed over to Unice, who was looking at the Chimchar work with a pair of bright pink eyes, transfixed by the speed of the Chimchar. Kui simply gave a light nod and hobbled over to the Espurr's side.

Unice acknowledged Kui and gave him a small wave, "Hi!" The Espurr said politely, "You're a funny looking mon, mister." Kui looked at the Espurr for a while, realizing how small and how young she was, but he answered her indirect question first before asking his own. "Forretress, Bug and Steel Type."

"I'm Unice! I'm 8 years old this year, which means I'm 10 years away from being a gwon up!" The Espurr nodded proudly before asking, "What about you? What's your name?" The Forretress simply replied, "Kui. 16. Not a grown up."

"You don't talk much mister," stated the Espurr, her bright pink eyes seemed to stare directly into Kui Jia's soul, but that's what all Espurr seemed to do. "Why are you here?" Kui asked, curious on why an 8 year old would be in a construction site, it would be very dangerous to leave a child here, especially when she was semi unattended most of the time. The Espurr strongly replied, "I'm not a baby anymore, I  wanna come with Auntie Serane so I came Auntie Serane, she said she would look after me! If I get into twouble I'll just cry for her help or cry for my papa! Papa always comes and saves me."

"Who's your papa?" Kui asked, trying to make conversation with the child, and she looked like she intended to go on, but she was cut off by a roar. The roar was loud and silenced the sounds of the construction as the mon stopped to see what had caused it, and it caused every hair on Sun's and Serane's body to stand up. The Chimchar was about to say something before the silence was broken by a loud cry, it was male and sounded very familiar to Sun's ears, as if she's heard it somewhere before.

"AGGRON! RUN!" The voice yelled, coming in from the horizon was a Zangoose, a Cubone and an Electrode running or rolling away as fast as they can from, as the Zangoose had said earlier, and teed off looking Aggron who had an X shaped scar on his chest and faceplate. Things do not seem good for the escaping trio right now as the Aggron was gaining on them.

The roar came again, this time louder and scattering the construction workers, the Gogoat however leaped to Serane's side and a pair of vines shot out of the goat's mane, it looks like a fight was about to break out of that Aggron got any closer, and that seemed very likely as it had high intentions of chasing down and stomping on the three mon that were fleeing from him.
As we introduce Serane and Unice, Brand's assistant at his bar and his Espurr daughter, we also get to see Sun and Kui, mostly Sun get put to work, and then an Aggron comes in and ruins the working mood. Welp, that's not good for anyone's health now is it?

Aww, dammit, Aggron, they were bonding! Now you have to pay.

Hahaha, it's not bad, but you need to use your commas and full stops better, though. And, I'll admit, the sentences could be reworked, 'cause I got confused in some of the scenes here, which really takes the immersion out. Aside from that though, the character interactions are cool and really fun to read!
