Terms and Conditions

• COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY!
  
•  DO NOT claim, edit, reproduce my artworks and/or use it for commercial usage.

• I (the artist) reserve the right to sell the finished commissions as part of my portfolio. Commissioner still owns the copyright to the characters and will be mentioned as the owner of the character.
  
• You're free to print out the pic or even make whatever you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
  
• One slot = 1 drawing. If you have one slot, you can ask for one drawing. You can request as many slots as you need though, so if you want, say, two separate drawings, you have to request two slots.
  
• Commitment: You'll have to pay before I start the pic. You are not authorized to modify, change, use or redistribute my art without my permission. You can upload my art in your gallery but please give me credits.
• Deadline:  When it's your turn on the list and I've received your payment, you will receive your pic within three months (probably sooner), unless you take extremely long to reply to my notes to confirm or request changes to the sketch. Otherwise, I'll work on your pic as soon as possible. I always do my best and put all of my efforts in doing commissions, but please understand that I can be busy too. So please be patient.
• After the commission is done, I'll send you a PM and an email with the file (if you want it). My signature will remain on the file too.
  
• Preview and changes: After you send the payment, I will draw a sketch if you want and show you so that you can make changes. After the sketch is approved, no changes will be made to the final drawing unless I got some colour wrong. Deffinitely no changes to the lineart (that's why I show you a sketch first).
  
• I keep the right to reject future commissions from people who didn't fulfill the payment on time or proved troublesome in any way. I reserve the right to decline your commission in case I don't feel comfortable with the subject. Even so, I would be happy to discuss any other idea.
  
• As you can see, there's a Waiting List. Tell me if you want to be added in that list and you will be the first to know when commission requests are open!
  
• If you're not on dA and you came here from Tumblr or Facebook, you can send the commission request via mail (cypernelli@gmail.com).
