wow this is beautiful.. i can say your composition is great and blending all shouldn't be easy 
i really like your choice of model. she perfectly fits in the fantasy world you've created. i also like the wolf. it completes the winter scene but it looks bigger comparing the girl. this may be because of the color contrast between her and the wolf also a white wolf in snow may give the sense that it is bigger than it should be. anyways besides this single and negligible mark, i think it is very good
