City of Wartor

This is one of the few art projects I was working on last year. This is the Capital City of Wartor, a city that belongs to a Creature Culture I came up with several years back. I decided to brush off some of the dust on this project and while working out stuff about the culture I decided to draw the capital city in order to help figure out some of the detail.

----Onto the map----
This map is a detail technical/drafting drawing of the city. It lays out where each building road and wall is in the city. This version doesn't have the key or guide lines. You can find those in this one here: Wartor Map with Key _{(which is posted in scaps)}. Reason for two maps is to allow one to have a smaller file size _{(consdering this is massive)}

This map in real life spans a total of 36 graphing pages long, each page is 11 inches by 8 inches. It took 3 months to draw and another 4 hours in an open lab at school to just put it together. Everything is draw out by hand. Tools used are: Ruler, pencil eraser, circle template
