This is a one-off stock of some costume fishnet material. 10,173 x 14,013 pixels at 1200 dpi.
For the record, I hate this stuff. It feels like it's been doused in water and then hardened in the sun. Brittle and skritchy, and tingly from all the parts touching you when you handle it. Like a thousand tiny tarantulas crawling along your arm. I'm 24 years old, and discovered the only texture that's ever made me physically uncomfortable. I touched it with my bare hands as little as possible, and hope to never touch it again.
That said, it looks nice, and should be pretty useful. Enjoy, guys.
