May not look like Norlight, but they are related..... Except that Cyber lives in the electronic world, alone.

in the early technologie he tried his power on a telephone, and since than he was trapped forever in the wire. His marking developed and looks took form as the technologie developped, today he can go through A telephone cable to a lightstreet, light street to a vending machine, vending machine to a computer. and a computer to your nintendo 3ds. He pulls pranks, such as making pop ups and trolling website. He can even hack, Close firewares, go in a camera...
Trap in his situation he was also looking for his related friend, Norlight.
He can use his magic to grab someone out of screen and pull them in. He borrows the person's body to explore the outter life of technologie. 

Nobody ever tried to remove him because they don't know where he is from, and if he is actually real.

Cyber is the name for now, but if you got a better name than Cyber, please I would like to know.
