Welcome to PARPG's Official Retirement Program!
You are in no way obligated to use this system if you do not wish to, though we do encourage it! With this system, you are able to collect GCP and an array of rare items by retiring your Pokemon from breeding.
You MAY retire Pokemon under level 50, though you won't get any prizes from them. We will just delete them from your list.
IMPORTANT! Make sure you link your retirement comment to their ref so you can keep track of who you retired!
What's it mean to Retire my Pokemon?
Your Pokemon will be unable to breed.
Your Pokemon will not be able to battle.
Your Pokemon will not be able to compete in any tournaments/events/beauty contests.
It will be removed from your Pokemon List.
However, the Pokemon may still exist and transfer exp if an EXP Share is used or you have the Dedicated Ribbon and it was level 100.

** However, we've decided that in order to avoid some conflicts, Magic Potions will not stack. The maximum you can receive from retiring is one.
*** Retiring a legendary will allow you to obtain a legendary egg if you wish, but keep in mind that the legendary given from the egg is steril. Also if we feel this perk is being misused we will remove it.
Please limit 3 Pokemon per retirement comment, unless they are under level 50.

:new: Only a few more days to get your prompts in before we switch to October!
I think it’s time we had some prompts again, huh?

The first time you complete the prompt you will be given a prize specific to that prompt at the end of the month, but every time you do the prompt you will earn the typical bonus 3 exp.
To claim your prizes post your piece in a comment on this journal. Only post the first piece you do for every prompt though, because while you may do them multiple times you only earn the prize onc
Newbie Starter Guide
If you are new to PARPG we would like to welcome you!
This is a basic guide to how you can get started playing. This guide assumes that you already have one pokemon, if you do not have any please read anyways, the information needed to get pokemon in the group is in here, which will also assist in getting your first pokemon.
First and foremost you should take a look at THIS JOURNAL; it’s our rule book and though no one likes rules, they are important.
References:
Ok so now that you know the rules you probably want to start playing with your Pokémon? First you have to make your new buddy a reference. Referenc
