Not even a Fade can stop Amber.

Explanation:
This is my headcanon, I just don't believe that Hawke died in the Fade. Especially after Flemeth appearance in the game, I'm 80% sure that she helped Hawke/Warden who was left in the Fade. Why? In DA2, Flemeth said  "When you see the abyss, don't hesitate to leap in" or something like that and the quest is called "Here Lies the Abyss". I don't think it was a coincidence.
