About the Gang
Nobody quite remembers when the Barkoli Gang was born, or who led it in its young years, but there is a turning point in the gang’s history that many can recall. Once being filled with members holding the mentality of “every stray for himself”, this mentality changed when a current leader by the name of Natasha formed a joint leadership with a dog by the name of Prince, who interestingly enough had quite the peaceful personality. While gradual changes came here and there with how the gang was directed, the real changes became noticeable when Natasha suddenly disappeared, leaving Prince to take complete leadership.
Despite this change, the dogs still do what they can to survive, and it’s members are well known for how skillfully they can steal and scavenge behind the backs of others.
Gang Beliefs and Customs
While there are quite a few greedy jaws in the gang, and it’s still full of slippery mutts and mongrels who look to stealing to survive, the Barkoli Gang is quite closely-knit and more like a family unit. Everybody is expected to play a part and help each-other survive, and so it’s quite a peaceful group when it comes to overall street fights. Not many enjoy the aspect of losing lives over food and land, and they can be pretty welcoming to new possible members.
That doesn't mean they won’t, however.. The Gang is still more than willing to defend themselves and their property. And some, their pride. But, when it comes down to it, they might be a rough and tough group but they’re also a hearty and close-knit unit of survivors.
Gang Territory
The gang is currently residing in an abandoned cabin closer to the outer sect of town.
Tasks
Leader
The one who makes final decisions and runs the gang. Will often lead off in events.
Deputy
The leader's right hand man, usually the heir to the gang throne upon the leader's retirement/death.
Guard
The largest, most combat-skilled members of gang. Job is to protect fellow gang members above all else.
Scout
The leader's spies who pick up on information from Nome's streets and occasionally the wilderness. When they aren't seeking information, they do the leader's errands.
Theif
The ones who’s job it is to spend their day rummaging through town and slipping in and out of buildings, snatching all manner of things for the gang, whether it be food or a shiny object that could be useful..
Scavenger
Rather than steal, they scour the streets and nearby wilderness for food as well as other necessities for the gang.
Healer
The ones who hold the most depth in knowledge of healing, they take care of the gang member’s wounds.
Nanny
The one who babysits the youth while parents are away on duty.
Youth
The gang’s young. By juvenile age they have their task or are considered un-tasked if undecided.

Hello everybody!
As work is done to reconstruct some of the group’s journals etc., the decision had been made to try and revamp the character applications!
Here is the idea for a format:

There will be an actual background for each faction, of course, rather than one color. The thought that will also be put forward is to remove separate coydog, coywolf, wolfdog, and feline Applications. Instead, if you have any of these, you will put it on the Stray or the Pet application according to their status.

However, we put it up to you to choose the task you feel you can accomplish, and you are expected to work with this task. Some of the fishermen on the boats near the Spanielano’s headquarters have lost their nets, and the catch has swam to shore!
The news comes suddenly that now an entire school of fish has flooded the beach and shallows near the headquarters, and knowing that more benefit can be found in numbers, the whole gangs rallies to bring in what they can of the catch— will your dog help take in some of this good fortune to feed themselves and the gang?

Ahhh, I might've failed the recent activity check because of frequent band competitions. If I want to put Snipe back as a Thief here, how would I go about it? (Also, I'll be more active now because all my band stuff is over)
