Personality: On the job, Alexis is very determined, devoted, and serious on her many tasks as Head Ranger. She ensures herself to stand strong and be the role of a leader no matter how difficult the situation. Lexi does make sure she be as responsible as possible to ensure her respect as a leader. However, when she's off the job she is rather friendly and quite cheerful. She is very protective of things she loves and will go to great lengths to protect it; this includes Sector 10. She is an optimist as well. However, she can be rather stubborn and a little too extreme when things she loves are in danger and can be emotional at times of stress.
Bio: Lexi was an ordinary girl born in Eterna City and raised there for a good portion of her childhood. However, due to her parent's job, a worker at the Poketch Company and a former Contest Champion, they moved to Jubilife when she was eight. Lexi attended daycare, school, and even trainer school there. With this There was many companies and crowds everywhere, which became something she didn't like. Due to all the noise in she preferred running off to Route 202 and spending time where it was more quiet.
On one of these visits ended up with her finding a rather stubborn and odd looking shinx. The lightning cub was later found to have injuries from fire type pokemon. Lexi later learned that this Shinx was a rare due to its colour. It took some time for her to bond with it, but this little shinx became her partner.

However, unlike most trainers, Lexi had no clue what she wanted to do with her life. She didn't care for the Sinnoh League nor did she want to pursue being a coordinator. It wasn't until she heard about Pokemon Rangers that she felt passionate about something. She travelled away from her home region to Almia to attend Ranger School with her shinx as a partner. After she was sent to various regions, moving up the ranks. She learned from several different trainers, including some that Lexi should train her pokemon just in case a situation gets too complex. Eventually, she collected a wooper and Deino, only for all three of her pokemon to evolve. Lexi, once she received the title of a top ranger, was assigned to became a Head Ranger at a pokemon reserve in Apollo City. She's been in the city ever since, taking care of the pokemon who live in Sector 10 with her three greatest friends and partners. Hearing about the tournament, Lexi allowed herself to help out with it, though her main priority is still the pokemon preserve.

Nature: Bold nature; Haru is as stubborn as his partner. However, he has no problem with taking risks to help things move forward or in battles. On missions or in battles he can be rather intense as well. However, he can be a little trickster when the team is relaxing and likes to joke around from time to time.

Nature: Modest nature; Despite his appearance, he is a very quiet creature. He tends to be rather protective, but is quite gentle with others unless he's in battle (he's scary in battle). He has shown to be as intelligent as most pokemon, but tends to get rather nervous being far away from Lexi for too long.

Nature: Lax Nature; Dewi is like most of his kind.... not the smartest pokemon on the team. (In fact he's probably the dumbest). However, he does listen to his trainer, especially then the team is taking time to relax, and has a very big heart. He's known for being a very kind soul, even if he can't understand humans.... he'll try to make them feel happy.
