Description:
One would expect that being a prince, especially one from a well-known Norwegian tale would get one privileges. However, in my case, as the next Prince Lindworm, I don’t get respect. I’m surrounded by fear, prejudice, everything that princes aren’t suppose to get, simply because I was born as a half dragon. Having a dragon tail has always prevented me from doing the things princes were destined to do and navigating in a wheelchair earns me averted stares in the corridors. Sure, I might not be the ideal prince, and I’m certain that I’m not a particularly good one, but that doesn’t mean I have to be subjected to dehumanising and hurtful behaviour, does it?

What is your heart's desire?
I want to advocate for the rights of students seen as out of the norm. Now, I’m going to admit that I’m fairly privileged, I’m royalty, a prince, and a white Norwegian one at that. However, prejudice is still a thing here and as someone who’s undergoing it, I want to support everyone who’s fighting for their rights. Also: why is marriage the end goal in my tale? Why should I just be treated as I should be simply because I manage to find myself a wife? What’s wrong with our culture?
What "Magic Touch" makes you special?
I wouldn’t call it magic, and I wouldn’t call it anything special. My dragonness is more of a hindrance than a blessing, but for some weird reason, I wouldn’t want to lose it. It’s part of me, and I would regret losing it even if it meant I would be treated better.
Does anything make you shout "Oh Curses!"?
Sometimes I’m proud of my differences and other days I just wish I could be the perfect prince. I can never decide and it gives it great angst.
What's your storybook romance status?
Is romance really necessary for me currently? Sure, it’s nice to feel wanted, but I’ll rather just have some more friends right now.
What's your favourite subject at school?
Rhetoric. I’m not good with most things, but I’m willing to combat my social anxiety to deal with public speaking, as long as people are willing to listen.
What about your least favourite subject?
Beast Training and Care. Right now I’m attempting to drop the class, but apparently the main offices find it hilarious that I have the subject, so I’m forced to continue taking it.
Who are your best friends 'till the end?
Hyacinth Flowers and Solbjørn Hvittsen are my fellow Norwegian princes. Hyacinth's commentary on social justice is amazing, and Sol and I have cursed-into-an-animal-and-saved-by-wifey solidarity.

Additional Info:
• He would probably exist both in the normal EAH verse and the AEAH verse!
• While he can slither on his tail, Egil prefers using his wheelchair to get to places faster.
• I had this OC for over two years, and before he was named Ladon. I decided to give him a proper Norwegian name so now he's called Egil.
