It doesn't matter who you are.
If you're a stranger, I will consider it disrespectful that you didn't even bother to look at my page where it is written that I don't want this.
If I have talked to you before, I will change my opinion on you and think you only talked to me in order to get stuff out of it, and decide you are awful friend material.
Neither of us wins in either scenario. Don't even bother to try.

If you really need an explanation as to why I won't give those: (though I do not need to justify myself here)

I will not give you points because I have none most of the time The points I receive for commissions right now are given through the widget so I can conver them to cash for my PayPal. I currently nearly always have under 100 at hand on this account, and when I have them I will just spend them as I wish on a nice adopt or cool commission. I earned my points myself by doing commissions, and you can do the same as the rest of us and actually earn them instead of bother other people for them. You can't get them? That's not the end of the world, and I am not responsible for the fact that you have no points. You really need a reality check if you cannot handle the fact that you can't get points. You're not gaining pity, you're being pathetic.

I will not grant you a request because I don't want to. There you go. I have no desire to draw your character merely for pleasure when I have tons of own characters that I could draw as I wish. Seriously, you may think you're doing me a favour to "offer me your character to practice on" but believe me, I'm not running out of test subjects any time soon. You are not the one doing me a favour when you request me, so stop pretending you are. A drawing rarely takes me under two hours these days, sometimes it takes up to five hours, and I'm not very willing to spend those hours on some random stranger who doesn't even watch me. That's right, I get notes from people who claim they "love my art sooo much" they are not even watching me let alone they ever favourited anything from my gallery. Are you kidding? If I want to draw someone's character for any reason, and I have the time and motivation, I will do it as a gift. But I will not tell them beforehand, and there is no guarantee it will happen! I only take commissions right now, and every now and then art trades (look at the stamps on my page to see if you can ask for one). I will gladly work for you, but I am not a free art machine: I am a student who takes on commissions in their free time, aka I draw for payment. Every now and then I will organize a raffle or something of the like, but don't just ask for free art. You won't get it. Sorry.

I will not watch you when you ask for it, because chances are I'm not interested in your art. That may sound harsh but, why would you watch someone whose art you don't particularly care for, unless they are a friend? Most of the people who ask this are complete strangers, and I have zero interest in getting to know them after they ask me this. A lot of people complain about inactive watchers, then they go ahead and ask people who aren't interested in their art to watch them. Way to solve the problem! I did this a few times in the past and I always ended up unwatching them, so in the long run you gain nothing from it. It's very awkward when people straight out ask you because it seems rude to say "No, I won't watch you", but you leave me no choice, and I will not let anyone push me into watching them, sorry.

I think that sums it up well enough. I know that people don't bother to read, and thus the people this is meant for will probably not read this, but I will just link them to it whenever they ask again. I've been getting quite a few notes and comments asking for one of the above things, and I'm getting tired of having to tell them why oh why I won't give them those things, so here you go.
