January 2011, I underwent open-heart surgery to repair my Mitral Valve Prolapse.
Apparently, my heart stopped beating at one point, nevertheless, the surgery was a success.
In June 2011, while working on a Temperance/Death tarot-inspired piece, my (then) marriage was assaulted by Infidelity and I decided it would be best split from my wife of 8 years, due to irreconcilable interests and differences.
In the three months that followed I began receiving dream visitations from a Shadowperson (female).
She began as a 2D entity, but the more I interacted with her the more she would take on 3D form.
She would trade me my intimate thoughts and my imagined conjugal acts (since I decided to take a vow of celibacy for a year) in exchange for ideas that laid the path for my artistic endeavors.
Around August 2011, I was finally able to conjure some light upon some of her face and hair. I never saw her whole face.
She was blonde and she only ever spoke once...To say "Thank you."

Had a rough patch there for a while...tried to collaborate with another texture maker.
The guy was...everything you guys weren't in a human being and everything I don't want to be like as an artist.
