Description

With a name like Navolin, it's no wonder he switched to "Navy". 
Although he can fly using his tongue as a makeshift propeller (a la Tails, which is why I put him in the Flying class), I'm likely going to create another, less ridiculous-looking option for him to fly. 

The previous references may go into Scraps eventually.

Yeah, makeshift propeller tongue is ridiculous, so perhaps using makeshift propeller tail as another option would make sense.

but if you want to have navy sometimes choose to fly using tongue, then create some benifits of doing that, for example: tongue is stronger and have more agility than tail, so flying with helicopter tongue allow him to fly longer than using his tail.
