These are the lines to my Sailor Moon fan art "Drops of Hope" remake - 2017 version. The lines are free to color but there are rules...
1) Credit me for the lines and add the link to my lines in your submission. If you do not, I will report your submission as art theft - no warnings except this one.
2) Keep my signature on the colored piece. If it is removed, I will note you privately and ask that you add it. If you do not comply, your submission will be reported - whether you gave credit to me or not.
