IT'S TIME TO START THE CONTEST! 

Participants list: 

• You have to draw my canine character Akaya, to one of the four songs I'll give for selection.
• Draw him like you understand or feel the song. If the songs is about anger, draw him angry, fighting, bleeding, hurt, trapped,... If it's about abuse, draw him hurt, tied up, with strings,.. It's up to you how you understand the song.
• Read his ref sheet carefully. You will earn more points if you get his appearance and personality right.

Rules:

• You HAVE to choose one of these songs.
• Don't steal ideas or artwork from others.
• Tracing is fine, as long as you give credit and have the permission (NO DRAWINGS! Just photos/stocks!).
• Digital AND traditional is fine, but NO photo manipulations.
• You can also write a little story to it or an explanation why you choose the song and how did you understand it.
• Draw in YOUR style, NOT in a GDW (Ginga Densetsu Weed) style! 
• You can draw more than one entry.

Judging:

• You get more points if the appearance and personality are right/fits the character.
  Example: You will earn NO extra points if Akaya is smiling, because he never smiles. Also you will earn no extra points if you draw him like a poodle or a pug. A fluffy neck is okay. So, read his ref sheet carefully!  
• You will also get extra points if you write a little story or explain me how you understand the song. 
• Extra points also for those, who will have a cool and unique idea. 
• I will look more for the idea, not how skilled you are. But that doesn't mean you don't need to put effort in your entry. 
• Headshots, halfbody and full-bodys are fine (NO sketches!), but you will earn more points for a full-body drawing. 
• I like blood. 

Judges:
I got me some little help from my friends who don't compete in the contest. 
They will help me with the judging so everything will be fair.

• 7th June | 23:00 Slovenian time (Middle Europe) | Can be extended.
