Kennerly blinked, trying to sneak into the house and avoid everyone. Arms wrapped tightly around Ronteah's frame and her ears flicking every which way as she tried to avoid bumping into anyone. She had gotten her own drak, but now they were home she was nervous. Koto had been right, she had never gotten permission to get her own drak. But Xaria, Tallulla and everyone else was getting their own draks. She and Koto were the next eldest weren't they, it was their turn now, right?
She straightened a bit at the thought, ears lifting more naturally as her confidence returned a little then shattered at an all too familiar voice behind her...
