Definitely the best expression of madness Billie could have.
Billie, a kind of Gravity Falls OC. She's a genderswapped human version of Bill Cipher, but she also could be a girl possessed by Bill. Yeah, still don't know.

Made with watercolor pencils for the skin, and just watercolor for the rest of the colors.
I didn't know what kind of background I could do, so I did nothing. Just a white background.
