Description
This is a paint test to get a better feel on Photoshop, like lights, glows, backgrounds, etc. Still new to painting on Photoshop and i'm currently trying out a few different techniques to see what fits me best.
She is a character that I have been designing for a while now and I think I finally have her final design.
Just to be clear, yes she is underwater and yes this is my first time doing something like this and No one taught me how to do this. If anyone has some friendly criticism, please feel free to comment below.
