Final Exam week is here for me, and my exam is to model a human character and make it 3D print of it. So Im doing a chibi Professor Layton. I'll be posting my progress on here and (hopefully if I finish it) upload the 3DS Max (.max file) and the 3D printable (.stl file) models on here so you can a 3D chibi Layton print out if you want (and it'll be for free). Im making the model in 3D Studio Max and after the modeling is done I have to export the max file into a .stl file so it can be printed from a Makerbot 3D Printer. The model will be printed out of the Makerbot Replicator 5th Generation Desktop 3D Printer (MP05825) (Link to said printer here). Hopefully it'll be done by next week but until then you can look at the work in progress.

Now that the model is done I'll have to do now is to put textures on it, make some lighting, make a few renders, and convert the .max file into a .stl file and a .makerbot file. I can also do a top down scene breakdown/map, 3ds Max scene, and a fly through video for extra credit.
The model is now finished and all of the files are made. I'll upload the files tomorrow.

The files are now ready for download!
