Insight Light - A M3D Lightning Tutorial

This tutorial has been created with props to Sabine62 , especially her great tutorial Q-n-D MB3D Reflections and Transparancy and the deviation VL... inna-box?! .

While doing some own test with internal lights in M3D Sabine pointed me to her own experiment about volumetric light inside a box.
This brought me to do even more quite systematic experiments about internal lightning.
Sabine and me agreed that I would write a little tutorial about internal (volumetric) lightning within transparent objects.
