Welcome to Lotus' Bay Ranch  

Location:

The ranch itself is located on the top of a cliff surrounded by huge grassy fields and a forest nearby. At the bottom of the cliff is the docks, harboring the stunning Cubone Ship (Featured here) the water around the bay is crystal clear and has a lovely blue/turquoise color that can tempt almost anyone to go for a swim. When the sun hits at a specific angle the water sparkles like a crystal. 
The path down to the docks is lit up with stone lanterns at night and at the top just before reaching the main building is a Japanese garden primary decorated with blue lotus flowers and cherry blossom trees, secondary is other Japanese trees, bushes, and flowers. In the center of the garden is a small old shrine that is now used as a meditation and nursery for those who wish to enjoy the scenery in peace.
The main building used to be an old hot spring facility, but is now used as living quarters for both trainers and pokemon. However, a huge indoor bath still remains for relaxation. The whole second and the third floor is living quarters. While the top floor has a few living quarters but also a huge living room. On the ground floor is where you'll find the kitchen, two different studies, and another living room, with an entrance to a small porch viewing the Japanese garden, fields, and forest at the very edge. Not far from the main building there's an old traditional house built like a small Asian-inspired palace, this is where you'll find the Royalty lines most of the time.
