Enthusiastic - Every single thing like a little tea party could make Hulios feel enthusiastic. It's just so he could dress up like the mad hatter.

Stubborn - If you won't let him do as he please, he still won't listen to you until you give him a good beating.

History:

Sitting in his throne and ruling his dark kingdom for thousands of years, the Demon Lord grew bored. He summoned his men and using his dark magic to turn one of his best men, named Hulios, into his royal joker to entertain him. The Demon Lord thought it would be very entertaining if his favorite man became his royal joker as well he thought it would annoy him but Hulios beg to differ. Hulios would love to stay and ‘entertain’ the lord. The lord didn't thought that his best demon knight, Hulios could be good at entertaining. The Demon Lord end up enjoying his company and slowly becoming close friends with the joker.

After thousands of years, Hulios himself sadly grew bored despite all the luxury he was given by the Demon Lord due to his great performances he made since he became the royal joker. One day, Hulios kneeled before the lord and asked for his freedom to leave the kingdom and live his life with his own free will with no string attached with the lord. The joker thought the lord would disapprove his wish and would punish him for such thing but the Lord knew the feeling of being caged in and have nothing else but to do what he was assigned to do.

The Lord would miss him not as his best joker but as his close friend. He after thousands of years serving him as his best man and as well his best joker, he granted the joker’s wish and set him free.

Misc. Information:

If you want him to do a favor, just stroke his horns and he'll listen to what you have to say.
He makes balloon animals, pulls a rabbit out of a hat, you name it all those magic circus tricks.
With his magic hoop, he can make himself or others disappear or reappear or relocate.
He has a magic sack/satchel tied around his thigh where he keep all his stuff, like juggling balls, underachieves, knives etc.
He has a closet full of different circus outfits with different designs and colors. They were gifts from his former Demon Lord.
He knows how to play most musical instruments.
Making new toys.
Don't expect him to be in a commitment relationship.

Hulios : -started juggling his knives and an apple in the air as he talks. He smirks- No, I like it when I do like this. Or like this! -throws the apple on top of the fellow's head and slice it with his knife- Bon Appetit!

Lit Sample
Hulios got bored and started juggling his knives and also an apple in the air. A fellow tried to stop him but he wouldn't listen to the fellow that told him that what he was doing was dangerous. Hulios let out a smirk at the corner of his lips and thought of an idea. He spoke, "No, I like it when I do it like this." , throws the knives higher than before, "Or like this", and then throws the apple on top of the fellow's head. As it lands, Hulios quickly grabs the two knives that were falling , throws one of them directly at the landed apple as he spins. The knife flew directly through and sliced the apple into two. Hulios bowed to the fellow and grins at him. "Bon Appetit."
