Personality: Avery is always one to look before he leaps. In almost any given situation, he can maintain a collected mind, calmly analyze the situation, and decide on the best course of action. If given the proper amount of time to think, Avery’s strategies are often practical and reliable, and since he is very observant more factors than just the problem is taken into account.

While he has a knack for planning things, his quick thinking skills are lacking. Avery needs at the very least a minute to come up with some kind of strategy. When something sudden occurs and he is caught off guard, he is usually left helpless until he is given some time. It is easy to say that Avery tends to overthink things and takes much longer than what should be necessary to make certain decisions.

He will always put logic before emotion, so he may come off as a little cold. Avery has a grasp on reading emotions, but is usually too dense for his own good. He may take things literally or fail to notice how someone feels altogether. Despite his talent for observing and analyzing, he struggles greatly with empathy. Kindness isn’t absent from Avery’s heart. He just can’t recognize when others are trying to convey certain emotions and this bothers him greatly.

Avery prefers to live a life lead by routine. His lifestyle is almost robotic in nature. Waking up at the same time. Eating during the same intervals. Falling asleep during the same hour. Repeat. Avery believes this organization keeps order in his life and that he would be lost without it. Breaks in the routine make him uneasy and he may get a little jumpy, which is unusual since he normally has such a calm demeanor.

Once in a blue moon Avery will fall completely silent and simply… stare. He will become unresponsive and will look straight ahead with an absent look in his eyes. On the rare occasion that he is forcefully shaken out of this state he may react aggressively and lash out. These moments last for no more than an hour at a time.

- Avery’s memory is excellent, so when faced with something similar to a previous experience he will know what to do. His thinking process will be quicker at times like these, but it is easy to say that his plan will be nearly identical to what he did before and will therefore be very predictable.
