MLP Design: Sphynx

A sphynx design I came up with, inspired by and 's designs, along with some info about the species:

Names: Sphynx, Sphynx-ponies, Lion-ponies, desert dwellers.

Habitat: Mostly desserts and jungles.

Apperance Overall, they look like a hybrid of a lion and a pony, mostly featuring a pony's head on a lion's body, with eagle or falcon-like wings.  Depending on their lineage they may even showcase pony or griffin forearms.

Male: Are usually larger, with pony ears and feline-like eyes. They display a thick, furry mane arround their neck, whose color matches their head and tail's mane. Their colors tend to be more opaque and stay withing the relam of brown, sand, orange, cream and (rarely) black. Their mane is usually darker than their coats. Their eyes tend to have warm colors like yellow, orange, red or pink

Female: They're smaller, with bigger wings, lacking neck mane and with a long tail mane. They have lion ears and pony-like eyes, and the primare and secondarie feathers on their wings have the same color as their mane. . Females are born with markings over the eyes, which are usually black, blue or red and all shaped differently in every indivdual. Their fur colors are much brighter and usually lighter than the males, but still mostly staying within the ranges of sand, golden, pale-pink or hazlenut, and very rarelly silver or white. The biggest difference is their mane colors, which display some very vivid stripe-like markings that can be red, blue, green or purple. Females with single-colored manes are actually more rare than the ones with the striped pattern. Their eyes usually have cool colors like blue, purple or green, with the occasional black or red, and match their mane stripes more often than not.
Regardless of gender sphynx can also display stripes or spots on their bodies, especially the ones who live in jungles.

Behavior: Sphynx are omnivorous, they prefer to be alone or in company of their close relatives. Females usually raise their cubs on their own. and can have up to 2 cubs per litter. Dessert sphynxes are more active during the night than their jungle counterparts.

Males: Are more agile on land than in air and have a lot of endurance. They're protective by nature and are great guardians. They distrust other sphynx but can get along well with ponies or griffins. Males have better eyesight and can see very well in darkness. If they can chose, mostly prefer a vegetarian diet. They can be very agressive if provoqued but are easy to make peace with if offered a gem or gold piece.

Females: They're much faster on air than in land and can tolerate high temperatures better than the males. They're very deceitful, love to play tricks on others and are masters at the art of lying. Sphynx in general love riddles, but females make up the most complicated ones and react violently if you don't guess them right. They rely more on their wit and cunningness rather than in their physical strength, but can attack unprovoqued and are relentless persecutors. They don't see well in darkness but are great at spotting small details and finding hidden objects. Females are also very vain and love to be surrounded in treasures.They prefer meat over greens any day.

Cub: Sphynx are born blind up to 2 weeks, and can walk at 3 weeks. They're all born with a small, retractile spur on their backlegs which are very poisonous. The spur falls off a bit after they become teenagers. It is usual for cubs to be born with brightly colored markings, regardless of sex, to warn predators about their poisonous spur. The markings also fade when they reach their teenage years.

There is also a wingless variant of the sphynx, which are bigger and mostly inhabit the jungles.

Also those two are not characters, they're just examples.
