Kuchisake-onna is a Japanese urban legend about a woman  with a smile cut on her mouth witch she covers with a surgical mask.She will stop infrount of you and ask "am I beautiful?" most answer yes then she will pull down her mask to show a ugly terrifying smile cut on her mouth from ear to ear. She will ask "am I beautiful NOW!?" if you answer yes again she will take out scissors and cut the same smile on you if you answer no she will kill you.
