Magical Mage and Mad Mage

Doreen of Fancy Pants Kingdom and Qalin (born Andrea) of Rothere. These two are sisters with a long list of magical ancestors. From a young age the sisters were pitted against each other in everything from magic to battle. Both are powerful, but each followed a different path, Doreen following their human mother, and Qalin following their demon father. After hunters took their parents the sisters began to fight over what to do next, which quickly turned from words to violence. After an almost fatal battle the sisters went their separate ways.

Doreen found herself at Fancy Pants Kingdom, where she keeps her sister a secret from the rest. She healed her wounds with magic, leaving no physical proof of her sister whatsoever. She puts on a lovely and calm persona but fears she will turn out like her sister if she ever uses her magic to battle again, the damage she did once was enough.

Andrea refused to heal her wounds, and, as they were caused by magic, they will never heal by themselves. She heard of the Rothere kingdom, a palace of demons that no human could reach. It was only through her dark hate fueled magic that she was able to make her way to the castle doors and demand Queen Ashling allow her standing on her court, for she shared her hatred of Fancy Pants Kingdom.
