Description
Second take of Altaria, one of my entries to Smogon's Front Page Contest. This goes along with my [red] entry, Diancie; and my [green] entry, Chesnaught. Wanted to redo it since the old one had a lot less of the body in center frame.
The lineart for this one was inked and photgraphed IRL, and then isolated and colored digitally using Photoshop.
