Personality: 
    Phoebe is rather timid when it comes to meeting new pokemon and doesn't really like to initiate conversations. Whenever she is a part of a group conversation, she tends to be a listener rather than a contributor. She'll listen to everything intently and process what has been said carefully. If you can get past her shyness, then you'll realize that she can be somewhat out going. If you make friends with her, she'll become even more open and happy-go-lucky, especially with close friends. Phoebe loves to make artsy gifts for her friends and sometimes she stays up all night to finish them. It's little things like these that Phoebe can get carried away in, so don't be surprised if you drop by for a visit and she is passed out on her floor surrounded by crafting materials.
    Phoebe likes to spend most of her time at her house or some place quiet where she can focus on her artwork. Ever since she was little, she found joy in making mud statues or painting abstract pictures with her tail. Even though she can paint, her true dream is to be able to create amazing sculptures. Typically, Phoebe goes out to find inspiration in her surrounding environment. She even periodically looks for others to use as models. Even though she is classified as the shy type, she knows that in order to turn her hobby into something bigger, she needs to branch out a little. Still, most of the time she just uses objects or scenery for inspiration since you don't need to ask for permission.

Moveset: 
 - Wish - One turn after this move is used, the target's HP is restored by half the user's maximum HP.
 - Tackle - A physical attack in which the user charges and slams into the target with its whole body.
 - Swift - Star-shaped rays are shot at the opposing team. This attack never misses.
 - Baby-Doll Eyes - The user stares at the target with its baby-doll eyes, which lowers its Attack stat. This move always goes first.

History: 
    When Phoebe was young, she was the never the youngest or oldest in comparison to her siblings. She had two older brothers and a younger one too. Her parents were always busy catering to the youngest's needs and sometimes forgot about the older ones. They weren't bad parents, they just were very inexperienced with distributing their time between children efficiently. This didn't seem to bother Phoebe's older brothers. They always found fun in exploring the nearby areas and practicing their battle techniques with each other. Phoebe on the other hand, did feel unloved by her parents and grew a little jealous of how much attention her little brother got. This drove her to find some way to waste her time and distract herself from her unhappy home life.
    One day, after a light rain shower, Phoebe decided to take a walk. She had begun to take walks by herself more often as an escape from her slight jealousy of her little brother. As she was walking, she tripped over her abnormally long ears and landed face first in a puddle of mud. At first, Phoebe was disgusted by the gross substance that had just landed on her tongue, but after spitting some of it out, she realized that the substance clumped together. She looked down at her paws and realized that the mud was clinging to her fur and an idea struck. Quickly, she began pushing the mud in front of her into a pile. She then began to mold the mud into a poor model of an eevee. Phoebe laughed at how terrible her finished product looked, but she discovered a new way to distract herself.
    As years passed, Phoebe found new ways to use mud and other substances to create art. At one point, she discovered that berry juice was a pretty decent painting material. Though painting was never as fun as sculpting, it was still something that Phoebe enjoyed. Of course, getting her paws on the material was always a struggle. Sometimes she would have to venture near towns to get a few berries. At first it was easy for Phoebe to grab some and return home, but one day she was scarred for life. As she was picking a few berries, she heard a voice from behind her squeal. She turned around and was met face to face with a little girl. The girl had her hair in small pig tails and was grabbing at Phoebe's fur. "I want it! I want it!" she kept exclaiming. Phoebe's eyes widened in horror as the girl kept grabbing at her fur. All of a sudden, Phoebe heard another voice emanate from behind the girl. Phoebe didn't catch what the voice said, but all of a sudden she saw a haunter launch himself at her. Instinctively, she dashed away from the chaos, dropping the berries she was carrying during her panic. She could hear rustling in the bushes behind her which only encouraged her to run faster. After running for awhile, she dove underneath a bush to catch her breath. She had lost the humans, and never wanted to see another one ever again. It was this incident that made Phoebe want to move far away to a place where no humans resided.
    A few days later, without telling her parents or siblings, she left in the middle of the night. She wandered for awhile until she reached the coast. Dejectedly she threw herself down into the sand and realized that there was nowhere for her to go now. She couldn't go back the way she came because there were too many towns with humans nearby and she definitely wasn't capable of crossing the ocean. Phoebe was about to give up and decide to go back home until she heard a voice. She lifted her head to see a lapras close by. He asked her where she was heading, and she replied with far away from humans. Without hesitation the lapras explained how he knew exactly where she needed to go. Phoebe's spirits were lifted when she heard about a village without humans. She eagerly jumped onto the back of the lapras and began her journey to Pokemon Village.

Relationships: 
NPC: Sizzle - He was the one who brought Phoebe to Pokemon Village and Phoebe is very grateful because of that. He's very nice and tells some pretty awesome stories.
Victor - He sure is an interesting guy. The first time they met was a scream fest and the occasional encounters they have all end with Victor yelling at her to fight him. They're interesting acquaintances.
