For these latest two months I've been working on
a navigable website based on an illustrated map of AZTLÁN
This site's purpose is to introduce you to the world of Aztlán, one of the many worlds which
compose the universe of the CUETZPALIN Mythos
(a mythopoeia I've been working on for some time, which story script is almost finished, and which dictates most of my recent drawings and paintings. I plan to work it
on comics platform, but before that I'd like to introduce other elements of the story
by means such as web and character illustrations, this Aztlán website being the case).
There you'll find info about the Aztec Confederation's History - its Five Sun Eras,
detailed info about each Altepetl - 'city-states' and its presiding Teteoh - deities.
Make sure to check the project's presentation on Behance and appreciate it if you liked !
The website is not finished yet, however you can (and I encourage you to ) navigate its
prototype version via invision
(only note the current version is brazilian portuguese only).
As I'm just beginning to experiment with web, I'd really appreciate your feedback.
And if you're a fan of Pre-Columbian Mesoamerican cultures as I am, make sure to check
my Aztec Cosmology-related gallery here at dA. It has detailed descriptions of most of the artwork used on the website.
I've also used some stuff from the Aztec-inspired playing cards game I've worked
in collaboration w/ fellow deviant more than a year ago.

Notice: as I stated, the content used here is inspired by the Mexica/Aztec cosmology, so are not to be taken
as faithful interpretations of the actual religion and its elements. As part of the CUETZPALIN Mythos, a story which
incorporates some of my personal views, this world of Aztlán doesn't follow the original narrative of the Mexica people.
I greatly encourage, however, to read and study trustworthy content about the original Mesoamerican religions
and narratives, as well as study other aspects of such rich and interesting cultures.

Valentine's Day - and the Future
Anna Philopator and Plasmaex, a couple of robot girls from the future.
Technically, Ann's a cyborg with a human mind and Plasmaex a synthetic android with her own A.I. Both may look cute, but they're dangerous.
It's been a while since I haven't written anything around here, perhaps because I'm already used to update my situation elsewhere (instagram, for example). Still, I'm still very active posting my art here and giving it (over)detailed descriptions, whether they're part of my current story (IXIPTLA) or derived from current modifications of my past stories (BYDURAK). Overall, I haven't stopped producing art - either drawings with tr
Tupaq and Ea Appendix, Part 2
This is an appendix to the description of "Tupaq and Ea", my latest digital illustration (check the picture above).
The following is the second part of a detailed description of the background story of these characters, who play a major role in my original story project, the IN LAK'ECH Mythos.

RETURN The Frashokeretian Alliance dissolved after the war, and each of its members returned to their daily exploitation of their own workforce, repression and capture of independent sentient beings to meet their agendas of expansion. A "greater evil" has been stopped, for the "lesser evil" to continue. The other elemental gods, s

This is an appendix to the description of "Tupaq and Ea", my latest digital illustration (check the picture above).
The following is a detailed description of the background story of these characters, who play a major role in my original story project, the IN LAK'ECH Mythos.
THE GOD OF DARKNESS Tupaq, a millions of years old entity, as an elemental god, has helped his "brothers" in shaping the universe for aeons, since immemorial times when they fought the elder race of entities known as Quinametzin (from the nahuatl "giants"). But his power grew beyond that which his brothers could allow, and some 5000 years from now, he has created four
Elemental Gods Project
After working a while on the initial stages of the CUETZPALIN Mythos, I'm finally using some of my time both to train more digital painting (thus finding which style to follow/use) and to grant you some glimpse on the later antagonists of CUETZPALIN, the Elemental Gods. You can check how I progress on their development if you follow this gallery. And here's a fast preview of those who already are in their late development process:
