Apokoze the Jolteon Emote

Apokoze is a Jolteon caught by twitchplayspokemon during there Anniversary Red run. He's commonly depicted to be an EXTREMELY cocky wanna be techno rapper DJ, despite the fact that almost everyone who's ever hurd him sing sys that it's 1 of the worst things they've ever hurd. Romer has it that he's also part Absol (hence the red eyes).
