H i s t o r y :  
Cleopatra Klytie Allegri was born in mid-October to the then Caesar, Ptolemy Drusus Allegri, and his wife, Aglaia Allegri. The firstborn child, she was the latest generation in the long-standing ruling family, and was often spoiled by her mother's side of the family (a family of farmers). Her childhood was often spent alternating between spending her days either in the palace, on her grandparents farm helping farm the land and learning to grow things with her own two hands, and learning meditation and basic combat skills from her father's younger brother, a talented war general. Her parents insisted on a proper education with her peers (like her father did when he was young), and so she attended the best schools the Southern Kingdom had to offer, growing up with and befriending others of her age. She grew to learn to empathize with her people, and had a strong urge to help those in need.

Aglaia was sickly from the beginning, but her health had improved after Ptolemy had asked the advice of a doctor from the Eastern Kingdom. However, the medicine the doctor had provided only delayed the inevitable, and Aglaia passed away soon after Cleopatra's twelfth birthday. Distraught, Ptolemy ruled the kingdom whilst in the depths of depression, and died several years later from what many diagnosed as a broken heart. And so, Cleopatra, at the age of 17, ascended the throne and became the new Southern Caesar.

Ever since becoming Caesar, Cleopatra--nicknamed "Cleo" by her close friends--has worked to bring resources across the entire kingdom. She has also attempted to keep things peaceful with the other kingdoms. The Southern Army is mostly used to protect the citizens from outside harm and to keep the peace (so really more like a police force).

Has a faint diagonal scar on her back from a time someone tried to assassinate her for reasons unknown.
Can withstand very high temperatures, but can't stand the cold at all
Gets incredibly grumpy when cold
Her grandfather on her mother's side still runs the family shop with the help of his other daughters and works on the family farm even though they are pretty well off because he can't give up being a farmer
Her uncle became her most trusted advisor after the death of her parents. He also enjoys enforcing a tough-love policy. They sometimes take a break from all the politics to have hand-to-hand combat battles in the garden.
Lives in her house alone except for some servants. The guards have an entire wing to themselves.
Had to stop going to public school after she became Caesar due to the risks of being in such a public place, and so was home-schooled by various members of an advisory council that had been set up to help guide her decisions until she was of age to rule by herself. She insisted on going to university, however, and so a guard was assigned to her during her schooling hours so that she was always protected.
There is an alcove in an inner garden of her house that is permanently dedicated to her parents. She goes to that garden to meditate and calm down when she's angry/needs to make a decision.
 She occasionally has to interact with the other rulers. So far, she has: mild disapproval of how spoiled Daelahelm President Liv Winkler is; strong dislike for how vain and competitive the Yongero Empress Wang Ai is; and great respect for how Kinvannan Patrician Lord Lemuel Caise has managed to improve his kingdom. She has heard rumors of a cult leader in the Savage lands, but so far has no opinion of them as long as they do not disrupt the workings of her kingdom.
