Blue angel

I thought it was high time I did some more photoshopping with Sari's old pics, so here we are. This manipulation derives from what Sari originally uploaded as Lara Croft in winter action 2 (photo taken by her sister), featuring an outfit inspired from Tomb Raider Legend. Sari made the sweater and trousers herself, and also the holsters. On top of some standard editing which included levelling things out and cropping down to focus more closely on Sari, I've added driving snow and other effects for drama, giving a harsher look in a sort of painterly style (rather than going for photographic realism). Sari's action pose was so good, I thought it was really crying out for something like that. Gotta love that amazing hair too eh?

The falling snow is completely artificial by the way. I based it on a simple tutorial I found, but modified the recipe to fine-tune the appearance, and also made quite a few detail changes afterwards, mostly to avoid having any snowflakes in undesirable places (e.g. you wouldn't want a snowflake badly obscuring an eye).

UPDATE: As promised, I've now uploaded a normal edit with the same crop - Blue angel basic - for anyone who'd like the true scene. To compare it, have both pages open in separate browser tabs and switch back and forth. Have the images at full size to see them sharpest.
