So a marathon 1 day session of drawing finished the second half of this. I feel like it's short, but it's also concise? I guess my writing style translates to how I draw comics. I should work on that.

Fairy Dog - legend is that corgis were the steeds of fairies. This is why the corgi was particularly humiliating for Shura.

You also see more or less most of Shura's true form as his aetherial manifestation. He could theoretically use this to contact his family, but the shame of his physical form would be too much for all of them.

Seeing the true form is also why Spade's bird form is there. Fai, as a minor angel, has no aetherial/"true" form (lesser beings can't manifest there). The golden chain fades, tying Shura's true aetherial form to Fai's physical form.
