Vision: I really love the lights and colors you picked out for the picture. You could have added more colors to Flutters but its awesome vision wise.
You could have also added a more colorful background.

Origianllity: I've seen mane 6 alicorn fanarts, so origianllity isn't so high

Technique: I love how you did Flutters and the balcony itself. Only problem is how her horn is posititioned on her crown sticking out of it.

Impact: I really love this drawing. But I found other pictures like this, but of course I love it anyways. Of course flutters is best alicorn.
