Shining Sailor Heliotrope Shikra

A colored version of my previous sketch, for , Sailor Heliotrope Shikra.  I "nicknamed" her Sailor Bloodstone Goshawk because heliotrope is another name for bloodstone (which is common in India, coincidentally), and a shikra is an Indian goshawk.

In keeping with the Indian theme:

Personality: Rajani considers herself to be very feminine- she prefers skirts and dresses to jeans and shorts, though she is a big fan of dressing for the occasion (and gardening or housework is easier in shorts).  She is prone to speaking her mind, courtesy of her American upbringing.  Because her parents disappeared when she was young, Rajani is very protective of the family she does have- namely her two younger brothers and her husband.  Yes, Rajani is married.  Her husband, Mattes, is an assistant district attorney.  She is incredibly proud of him.  Though she has a nurturing nature (hence her career), she has little patience for stupidity in those she considers old enough to know better.  She also has a little bit of a rebel in her- she currently has three tattoos: one on her right arm and one on each of her thighs. These tattoos are in the same spots where the clusters of her gemstone appear on her body after transforming.
Hobbies: reading, gardening, dancing, having fun date nights with her husband, hanging out with her best friend since childhood

Personality: As a Senshi, Heliotrope Shikra (whom I'm going to refer to as Shik from now on) is calm and level-headed almost to the point of aloofness.  She prefers to stand back and assess the problems she faces instead of rushing right in, no matter how urgent it seems.  She is more of a tactician than a fighter in most cases, though since she prefers to fight alone, she does have plenty of fighting ability.
Colors: primary- forest green, secondary- black with red splotches  (her colors have led to her being teasingly called "the Christmas Crystal")
Powers: Radiation/heat and wind

Attack1: Radiant Wings
Standing with her arms spread to the side, a pair of shimmery wings appear behind her, like a heat mirage (she doesn't actually have wings in "shining" form, obviously).  She swings her arms together in front of her to clap, and very real, feather-shaped laser beams shoot towards her enemy.  Very destructive and effective long-range.
