🔋 1 || Is traditional art allowed for the application?
Of course! We accept any type of art, however as for your visual application keep things as tidy as possible, including removing as much as the scanned background as possible. If you are a pure traditional artist, please make sure your submissions are neat and properly scanned unless put in a situation where you do not have access to a scanner.
🔋 2 || Is decorating our application allowed?
By all means! In fact, we encourage you to put a little fun into your application (it also gives you the impression that you aren't intimidating). However please try to keep things readable and try not to go overboard with the add ons.
🔋 3 || I can't draw, but I can write. Can I still join the group?
Unfortunately the group is very art-based, and having a writer would put you in a very awkward position with visual artists. There is no written application as well, so if you are a writer or mostly a writer the group isn't suggested for you.
🔋 4 || Is the group open?
At the moment, yep!
🔋 5 || How many characters are we allowed?
One, for now. This includes twins; you can enter the group with one twin, and when we decide that you guys can have two you can enter the other. However Cati and Alex get unlimited slots ehehehe (we wont abuse this rule dont worry). As for a max amount of characters you can have and own, there is no limit as long as you work for it!
🔋 6 || What kind of events will there be?
Lotsa lotsa events, to help you kiss kiss fall in love with another nerd. Most aren't mandatory, but try your best to participate. That proves your activity!
🔋 7 || Where is Piceter located?
Somewhere around the West US. Probably Oregon, where all that spoopy shit happens B)))
🔋 8 || Is this a casual group or is it plot based?
It's casual as of now but who knows with me (cati) lmao
🔋 9 || Are events mandatory?
Most of the time they're not, but it proves your activity! Sometimes they'll be mandatory events but they'll be rare
🔋 10 || How is "Piceter" pronounced?
There are actually two ways the people of Piceter pronounce the name: "Pice-stir" (as in "pice" rhymes with "rice") or "Piece-it-er". Both are culturally correct.
🔋 11 || How can I show my activity in the group?
There are many ways you can contribute to show your activity! You can make art, write, comment on other people's artworks, roleplay, and participate in events. However, the simplest way is the just chat in the OOC Chatroom!
🔋 12 || I don't like my character anymore. Can I replace them?
If you find a lack of interest in your character, then you may indeed switch them out for a new character! However, you are only allowed to do this once per character, so please be wise with switching out your character with a new one! Please have your character for at least a month before deciding to switch them out. Note the group if you'd like to replace your character, too.
🔋 13 || What happens to my old character when I replace them?
Anything you wish. They could've moved out of town, graduated from highschool and went to another college, or just became inactive for roleplay and are still around. However, I do say "anything you wish"...so death is allowed for your old character, if you really want them to die. It isn't needed to explain what happened to your old character if you don't wish to explain.
🔋 14 || Does the application have to be uploaded to dA, or can a third party place (ex. tinypic)?
deviantART preferably! This is so you'll be able to submit it to the group to be pictured with the rest of the applicants~
🔋 15 || Is the group going to be publicly open, or will it be private/invite only/etc.?
For the first opening, yes, the group will be publicly open until we reach a certain amount of members! After we reach that, however, it will be closed and become private--don't worry, though! There are other means of getting in that will be created, like recommendation openings and the possibility of getting invited by an existing member if we allow so! But for now, it will be open to the public~
🔋 16 || Do you have to be at a certain level of artistic talent to join the group?
Nope! We accept most art, as long as it doesn't look like a 2 second drawing from MS Paint, then there shouldn't be a problem. We'd like your art and your talent--it'd be nice having to see what you can display to show others!
🔋 17 || What is considered eyesore colors?
I'd define eyesore colors as colors you'd pick from the upper hand right side of a color wheel, er, basically an extremely exact color like RED and not maroon/ruby/etc. Like the colors that are extremely bright when slammed together. An example would be this, basically anything that might be considered bad for the eyes !!
🔋 18 || Will I be kicked for inactivity? What if I'm on a hiatus for x reason?
You will not be booted from the group if you show inactivity immediately, however, yes, there is a possibility you may be kicked after several warnings or an activity check that you do not check into. If you are on a hiatus, please notify the group! Cati will also check your profile if you haven't responded to a check to see if you are actually on a hiatus before we officially boot you. If you come back and see you have been booted, simply explain your reasoning and the mods will decide if we'll let you back in or not.

🔋 1 || Are polyamory relationships allowed?
Of course, as long as all muns of the characters are alright with it.
🔋 2 || Can my character be a vampire/demon/werewolf/alien/anthropomorphic? Can they also have super magical powers?
No please. Just...just no.
🔋 3 || Can I make my character genderfluid/bigender/transgender etc.?
Yes, of course! Characters will not be judged by gender identity.
🔋 4 || Can I use an OC from another group here?
Well, yes, but please alter their history/identity if necessary to fit the storyline. Please be wary of your choices, having a variety of characters is alright!
🔋 5 || What if my character is homosexual/bisexual/pansexual/etc.?
...Guys. Guys. 2018. Gay marriage is legal. Accept it, there be gays here. (Proper answer, mods honestly don't care, go wild as long as you understand the sexuality and respect it as well [ex: dont use slurs and such even if your character isn't anything but straight])
🔋 6 || Will my character be able to work at the arcade?
Mhm! Just note or ask the group beforehand and get out permission, and we'll allow it. When you create a worker, submit them to the normal 'Players' folder and they'll be relocated to the 'Staff' folder.
🔋 7 || What is the character age limit to the group?
Fun is for all ages! However, it's suggested that you make a character around the 12-30 area. Romantic relationships can be formed with any age, but please try not to have a HUGE age difference. (Ex: 13 yo + 27 yo?????? why)
🔋 8 || Is my character allowed to carry around a pet of some sorts?
Well, normally arcades don't usually allow pets, so no. But! That doesn't stop them from having a pet! Outside the arcade a pet is allowed.
🔋 9 || Can my character have odd colored hair?
Since this is "real life", unnaturally colored hair is not allowed. However! Dying and bleaching is a thing, so if you'd like, state that they dyed their hair or something if you want it a different color.
🔋 10 || How about occupations?
Anyone has the ability to work, however, this does not earn them/you extra tickets. This is simply a roleplay affect. Your character may work anywhere they please, however make sure that where they work makes sense if they're under the age of 18! (Ex: 14 yo working as a security guard at the city hall). Please don't make "important" figures too, like the dean of the university or the mayor of Piceter! If you would like your character to be an owner of a shop or something, please ask for permission first!!
🔋 10 || Do any of the schools have uniforms?
Nope! This is indeed in America, so anyone that still in education can wear whatever school-appropriate attire for school they'd like. However there are school t-shirts and the like, if you really wish to put them in a school-related outfit (though, there aren't Japanese themed clothing items obviously. They have like, school hoodies and t-shirts and stuff)
🔋 11 || What happens if my character is age 30 and they turn 31? Will they have to be removed from the group?
No, of course! As long as they entered the group at age 30, they are free to remain for as long as they stay and age. 
🔋 12 || Does my character have to be a frequent attendant of Amour Arcade? Or can they be someone who just lives in Piceter?
Well... this sort of defeats the purpose. You are free to have your characters meet in some place outside of the arcade, but the arcade will be the main hub for events, so it may not be fitting for your character. They are absolutely free to be a member of Amour Arcade out of obligation purposes (like watching a younger sibling)!
🔋 11 || Can my character have a physical disability (blind, paralyzed legs)? Can my character have a mental disability?
You are 100% allowed to give your character whatever disability you desire, so long as you don't portray them in an insulting fashion. Please be respectful of your character's disabilities if you decide to give them one and please don't use them as a point of idiocy or, god forbid, insult!

🔋 1 || How do we earn Tickets and Stats?
You earn Tickets and Stats the same way -- by writing and drawing! You can also potentially earn Tickets and Stats via submitting roleplay logs.
🔋 2 || Do we earn Tickets and Stats by itself? For example, if I submit an art piece, will I have to choose between earning Tickets or Stats?
Not at all! You earn both of them when you contribute to the group -- of course, respective of the chart of how much you earn each submission.
🔋 3 || Is it required to earn Tickets or Stats?
Earning Tickets and Stats is not a required part of the group, but making content is a little less rewarding without it, is it? So no, it isn't exactly a strict obligation and you will not be kicked from the group for not earning any Tickets or Stats, but this is also a sign of inactivity and it's possible you can be kicked for it.
🔋 4 || Do I have to keep track of my Tickets and Stats?
We expect you to indeed keep track of your progress on your own merit, yes. It is your own character, so you should be motivated to see them grow!
🔋 5 || Is it possible to transfer Tickets to another person's character? How about Stats?
Yes! If you would like to transfer a certain amount of Tickets from your character to someone else's character it is entirely possible. Please ask a mod before you do this transaction, though! However, this is not possible for Stats, as Stats are individual to each person's character, and therefore, are nontransferable.
🔋 6 || Is it possible to transfer Tickets to my own other character? How about Stats?
Like the previous answer, yes, it is possible to transfer Tickets from one of your characters to another one of your characters. And again, Stats are still nontransferable. Please, however, try not to abuse this, and draw one character and then transfer all those points to another one of your characters. You'll have to ask permission to transfer Tickets to your other character from a mod each time, too.
🔋 7 || What if I want to max a Stat, but the personality trope doesn't fit my character?

🔋 8 || What if I draw a picture of someone else's character? Do the Tickets and Stats go to that person? If I have multiple characters, which one of my OCs do the Tickets and Stats go to?
If you draw someone else's character as the main point of your piece of artwork, you still keep the Tickets and Stats earned as if you drew your own character. You have the ability to choose which of your OCs gets the Tickets and Stats you earn, but please specify who you're giving your Tickets and Stats earned to by your description.
